Capacities below are the development case. Design codes, process licences and the marine layout are fixed in pre-FEED and FEED, which have not started. The hub is intended to follow API, ASME, IEC, ISO and the Nigerian rules that apply to each unit.
250 MW combined cycle in the first stage, in 50 MW class units with one spare. Larger cases were studied and set aside. A further 150 MW is only considered if export contracts appear. Wison Engineering is identified in the studies. Identification is not an appointment.
Two modular trains of 1.0 MTPA. The second train follows the first by about a year. Chart, Baker Hughes and Wison are identified. The plant takes its electricity from the hub station.
Gas reforming and methanol synthesis, 1.0 MTPA in phase 1. Air Liquide and TCC are identified. A second million tonnes is an option outside the base case.
Roads, a utilities corridor, the gas main, metering and site security are planned once, for the whole hub. The master layout does not exist yet. It is a task for the consortium and the land sponsor.
