Burutu sits on the Forcados and Ramos system. The environmental and social work is designed for development-finance review, and for the host communities around the concession.
Equator Principles IV
Lender diligence is expected to follow Equator Principles IV. The public site does not stand in for that diligence.
FMEnv
Statutory approval sits with the Federal Ministry of Environment. Revalidation of the baseline is part of the development programme, and the draft study is not posted here.
Host-community arrangements are part of the development, including a community trust structure still to be agreed. The Niger Delta Development Commission is a prospective partner, not a committed one. Nigerian content obligations under the NCDMB apply to construction and operations and are an engagement track, not a completed plan.
