The development case runs from a 2027 model start to first operations in 2032. Those years are a planning case. They are not a committed schedule, and no final investment decision has been taken.

    Unsigned foundations

    Land title, gas supply, offtake and sponsor funding are still open. A framework is not a contract.

  2. 02

    Engineering still ahead

    There is no front-end engineering package yet. Codes, layout, jetties and the marine study are fixed in that work.

  3. 03

    A staged build

    Power and LNG lead. Methanol phase 1 sits in the base case. A second methanol train, the products terminal and any refinery do not.

  4. 04

    Development case, not a date

    The current case is modelled from 2027, with first operations in 2032. No final investment decision has been taken.
