The operating lines of the hub
Four plants and the industrial land sit on one site. Each line has its own commercial logic. None of the offtake is represented here as signed.
- FeedstockGas and midstreamOML 109 as the anchor supply, then OMLs 43 and 45. Planning case of 180 MMscfd, then 100 MMscfd. Framework only.
- Power250 MW gas-to-powerCombined-cycle first stage, sized to the hub’s own load, with export of the balance.
- LNGModular LNG2.0 MTPA in two trains of 1.0 MTPA. Domestic, West African and trading routes, ahead of a long-term export SPA.
- MethanolMethanol, phase 11.0 MTPA in the base case. A second train is an option and is not in the base case.
- Land and marineIndustrial land2,010 hectares surveyed at Angolo-Oba and Aghoro 2. The hub itself needs about 1,000 hectares.
