Power
Captive sales to the hub and its tenants come first. A state route in Delta State is second. The federal grid is a later option, not the base of the case. No power purchase agreement is signed.
Routes to market
A buyer class for each product. No buyer is signed.
The commercial case is a set of routes, taken from the sponsors’ offtake work. It is not a market study, and it is not a contract.
LNG
Domestic power and industry, West African markets that already import LNG, and trading houses. A long-term sale to an Asian or European buyer comes only after engineering and financing.
Methanol
Nigerian users in paints, resins and formaldehyde cannot take a plant of this scale. The base case is export through traders. Phase 2 needs more gas and is not in the case.
Industrial land
Leases to a marine fabrication yard, a logistics yard and later industry. The products terminal stays off until anchor customers exist.
